Fine Dining Week at The Time
The Time is joining the Fine Dining Week festival, inviting guests to enjoy a unique tasting menu in the elegant atmosphere of Młyńska12. This is a proposal for guests who enjoy discovering cuisine full of seasonal ingredients, refined details and unexpected flavour combinations. The menu will feature, among others, tuna tagliatelle with ponzu and wakame, beef carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise, spicy fish broth with shrimp, lamb loin with truffle purée, and pike-perch fillet with beurre blanc sauce. In the vegetarian version, guests will enjoy compositions based on vegetables, herbs and deep flavours — from campfire-style potato with gzik, through colourful tomato tartare with watermelon, to ravioli with spinach, ricotta and mushroom emulsion. Fine Dining Week at The Time is an opportunity to spend an evening with excellent cuisine, in a beautiful interior and in a calm, elegant rhythm.
