We invite you to an exceptional evening where chocolate becomes the hero of an original culinary story, and flavor is combined with meaningful support for an important cause. On 29 April, Młyńska12 will host a charity event prepared by fifth-year students of the Foodways Management in Tourism specialization at the Poznań University of Physical Education, under the supervision of Joanna Ochniak. The event brings together education, passion for gastronomy, and social engagement. The evening will take the form of a three-course tasting dinner with chocolate in the leading role, created by Dawid Łagowski, Head Chef of Młyńska12, together with invited guests. The menu will present chocolate in unexpected ways — not only as a dessert, but also as an inspiration for surprising combinations, aromas, and textures. This is a charity event. Together, we will support Drużyna Szpiku and the construction of the Family Support Center for Oncology Families in Poznań — a place created for families in need of help, care, and support during the experience of cancer. The participation fee is 195 PLN, and by joining this evening, you will not only take part in a unique culinary experience, but also make a real difference by supporting an important initiative. An integral part of the event will also be the artistic performances. Our special guest of the evening will be Joanna Klimas-Profus, Master Pastry Chef, who will present a live show of painting with chocolate. Together with her husband, she will speak about chocolate as a medium that connects craftsmanship, emotion, and art. Guests will also have the opportunity to see chocolate forms and exhibits inspired by various places and stories, prepared by the event partner — Barbara Luijckx, a producer of chocolate decorations. The program will also include a contemporary dance performance. The auction will be hosted by Jacek Polak, a well-known and much-loved DJ and MC who has been present on the Poznań event scene for many years. Unique items will be available for bidding, and we truly count on your presence and generosity. We invite you to join us at a shared table, where pleasure meets helping others.
