An Evening with Amarone. Italian Dinner with the Boscaini Family.
On 21 May, we invite you to The Time for a special Italian dinner inspired by the flavours of northern Italy and wines from the Valpolicella region — the birthplace of the legendary Amarone della Valpolicella.
That evening, our guest will be a representative of the Boscaini family, connected with one of the most renowned wineries in the Amarone region. It will be a meeting with wine, history and Italian dining culture, held in the intimate, elegant atmosphere of The Time restaurant.
The dinner will take guests on a journey through classic Italian flavours, seasonal ingredients and the story of Valpolicella — a region where tradition, time and the character of wine have a truly special meaning.

Beef carpaccio / capers / parmesan / truffle mayonnaise
Gnocchi / pistachios / asparagus / oyster mushrooms / parmesan
Ray / capers / butter / parsley / gratin / mini broccoli
Beef tenderloin / truffle fries / pioppino mushrooms / asparagus / pepper sauce
And a dessert inspired by the history of Młyńska12. At the beginning of the 20th century, a candy manufactory operated in the building, which is why the dinner will end with “Krówka” Młyńska12 with blackcurrant, cream ice cream and crunch.

The price includes a 5-course tasting menu and wine pairing with each course. The dinner will be not only a journey through the flavours of northern Italy, but also a meeting with the people behind its character: Dawid Łagowski, Head Chef of Młyńska12, and Sandro Boscaini, one of the most important figures of the Valpolicella region, known in the wine world as “Mister Amarone.”
