Franciacorta Dinner. Italian elegance at The Time.
We invite you to a unique evening dedicated to one of the most prestigious wine appellations of Italy – Franciacorta. During this tasting dinner you will discover four selected wines from the producer Centinari, crafted using the traditional method, often referred to as the Italian equivalent of Champagne.
During the evening we will taste:
• Centinari Franciacorta Brut
• Centinari Franciacorta Dosage Zero
• Centinari Franciacorta Ardea Collection Satèn 2019
• Centinari Franciacorta Ardea Collection Rosé 2020
Each wine will be paired with a signature tasting menu created by Chef Dawid Łagowski, telling a harmonious story of flavors and aromas inspired by the Lombardy region.
