The personal data controller and entities processing data on its behalf, in accordance with applicable laws, ensure appropriate data protection measures, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), and repealing Directive 95/46/WE.


Personal data is processed solely for purposes necessary to conduct the recruitment process.
Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary in order to apply for the selected position.
Failure to provide your personal data will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment process.


Personal data collected for recruitment purposes will be processed for the period specified by applicable legal regulations. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, withdraw your consent at any time, request restriction of processing, request deletion, and exercise your right to be forgotten. You also have the right to data portability and to receive a copy of your personal data processed by the controller.


If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO). The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who is responsible for overseeing compliance with data protection regulations.
